Live meditation 19-05-2021 Emptiness and plenitude (Episode#20)
This meditation, which is part of a series of three meditations on the theme of the sense of existing, centres on emptiness and plenitude. The central question is this : are ‘emptiness’ and ‘sense of existing’ contradictory terms ? As we will see later on, the notion of ‘sense of existing’ refers to a particular and singular way of being. Whereas, in common parlance, emptiness refers to a notion of being empty, to an absence, a lack of consistance, of interest or of pleasure.
