Live Meditation with Danis Bois – 29 September 2021 – Connecting with the soul (#31 replay)

There were 4 stages in our session today: an introduction where I made a synopsis of the two previous meditations; the beginning of our meditation where I emphasized the imporance of the motionlessness of the posture; an immersion in the meditation and finally an exchange around the issues raised by some of the participants.

Immersion

When silence, our attentive attitude, the sensitive chord of our body and the movement meet, we have the opportunity to visit the soul.

And here, now, my thought goes towards you all. It needs a little time to reach each house, each body, each heart.

Feel the silence within silence, feel the motion within motionlessness, feel the sensitivity within matter, feel the soul within your heart

  • Three forms of intelligence are necessary for us to connect:

– an intelligence of the mind with which we think and go into action

– an emotional intelligence with which we react

– the body’s intelligence with which we feel what is greater than we are and that awakens the heart, making it worthy. that awakens the heart, making it worthy.

Which is the form of intelligence that is engaged now ? Are you thinking ? Are you reacting ? Are you feeling this extra little bit of soul that touches your heart ?

  • Encountering a loving transcendance

Seeking union with the hearts of others. And if our hearts become involved, then we resonate together, with benevolence, with hope and maybe you connect with a feeling of love, of love for life

  • Unity between mind, body and soul

We are all together a mind, as well as having a soul and living in a body, our own body.

And the soul is not just a part of our humanity, but the whole of our humanity, as a being that is alive.

Interaction

Our discussion centred on the three forms of intelligence and on our capacity to unify them. We then talked of the distinction between meditating for oneself, meditating for others or meditating for a cause. We have included in the replay an extract regarding this last point.
