The meditations are briefly introduced and last around 45 minutes.
Description
Each meditation remains available as a podcast on your platform for the whole of the current quarter, and then for another year. So you can listen to them as many times as you like. It’s advisable to repeat each meditation at least three times to get the full benefit.
When you subscribe, you create an account that gives you access to the podcasts.
The cost of the 13 meditations is 75.83 euros, plus 15.17 euros VAT, i.e. 91 euros incl. VAT.
If you subscribe during the course of a quarter, you will have access to meditations already recorded since the beginning of the quarter, for a period of 5 years.
